Summary/Objective:

The Delivery Administrator collaborates closely with the Branch Manager, Distribution Manager, Branch Dispatcher and Return Goods Coordinator to ensure efficient completion of logistic administration tasks for the branch. This involves adhering to established procedures and contributing to maintaining customer satisfaction and vendor relationships.

  • Read and understand various documents related to sales, shipping, and inventory management.
    • Includes sales orders, work orders, purchase orders, debit memos, packing slips, bill of ladings, invoices, return authorizations, credit memos, and load sheets.
  • Confirm the accuracy of lost/gained inventory by regularly counting product in the warehouse.
  • Answer the sales phone; forward calls to the proper extension and/or help answer customer requests.
  • Support and back up the Delivery Coordinator.
  • Support and back up the Return Goods Coordinator.
  • Occasional warehouse activities; picking, packing, and receiving

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Warehouse experience
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge
  • One year of prior administration experience (Preferred, not required)
