Summary/Objective:
The Sales and Marketing Facilitator will work with the Director of Sales and the corporate team to achieve the sales goals of Supply New England. The focus of the position is to assist the Director of Sales, Branch Managers, and Salespeople in attaining branch sales growth.
Sales:
- Implement corporate sales programs.
- Create and provide reports for the Director of Sales to assist in determining opportunities for company growth.
- Ability to analyze the reports created.
- Support the Director of Sales in managing accounts.
- Assist in new account set-ups to grow customer base.
- Assist the branches in achieving branch goals.
- Create various reports.
- Sales and product training.
- Collaborate with the sales team in branches to ensure best in class customer service is met at each branch to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Accurately follow procedures to ensure high quality output.
- Proactive in correcting quality concerns.
- Assist in virtual or in person sales meetings by occasionally leading the meeting.
- Coordinate vendor participation.
- Build relationships; understand that building relationships is a key to success.
Marketing:
- Ensure the computer systems are up to date and accurately promote products and services.
- Maintain and monitor up to date information on all platforms.
- Social media, website, apps
- Coordinate with the purchasing department for accurate product descriptions and images.

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ Years of sales related experience
- Plumbing, heating, or HVAC experience a plus
