DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The Marketing Administrator role will focus on the support and growth of the marketing, training and technical support departments within Supply New England.  The administrator will work closely with the marketing coordinator to disperse all content created by the marketing and leadership team.

 Essential Functions

 Content Disbursement

  • Social Media content
    • Post our 36 monthly promotions along with 50+ announcements throughout the year.  Improve delivery and messaging to increase impact.
    • Daily reports on social media content from sites for our customers, vendors and competition.
    • Provide performance analytics to the corporate management team. 
    • Increased utilization of key social media sites: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin
    • Connect/Follow all sites managed by our customers and vendors.
  • Work with HR department to assist in social media posts for hiring opportunities
  • YouTube channel content
    • Update channel monthly which plays on Ipads at all trade locations.
    • Use vendor provided material along with monthly promotions to give a new customer experience each visit.
  • Website content
    • Update content monthly - news and promotions
    • Update personnel changes
    • Maintain accurate information via consistent updates throughout the year
    • Post new job openings – direction from the HR department

 Administrative Functions

  • ProZone and ProShop customer maintenance.
    • Facilitate new user access requests.
    • Point of Contact for customer support.
    • Provide performance analytics to the corporate management team.
    • Upload monthly promotions and flyers to our website and App.
  • Distribute promotional items to all customers and associates.
    • Each month gift cards, wearables or other prizes need to be distributed directly to the customer or through the branch network.
    • Distribute sales team wearables as needed.

  Literature Distribution

    • Maintain up to date literature with local rep support.

  Eclipse file maintenance

    • Input overrides for monthly and seasonal promotions
    • Run reports for monthly promotions to determine results.

  Marketing Trainer

    • Virtually work with branches and new associates on expectations of their role when it comes to promotions and events.
      • Create their own e-blast list and following, where to get and post promos.
      • How to book customers for counter days
      • Teach to repeatedly tell EVERYBODY what promotions and events SNE has available.

 

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

Knowledge of Industry – Plumbing, Heating, HVAC

Work Authorization
